While the law firm of Harold, Salant, Strassfield & Rotbard, LLP handles almost all types of law, Gregory Salant specializes in Family Court Litigation and Divorce Law.

Every case is handled with individual care and Gregory uses his expertise to ensure clients goals are met. While it is the client who makes ultimate decision as to how their case proceeds, Gregory ensures the client is fully informed of their rights and options before a decision is made. He will ensure you are represented strongly & efficiently from beginning to end.

Gregory Salant understands that finances differ in each case and strive to reach individual goals while working within a client’s budget. To further this, free initial consultations are offered to all potential clients.

Trying to give back to the community and make a difference, Gregory Salant is a member of the Westchester County Assigned Counsel panel representing people who do not have the means to retain lawyers in Family Court litigation. He is also a member of the Westchester County Attorney for the Children Panel, representing the interests of children in cases that deal with custody, visitation, neglect, abuse, domestic violence, persons in need of supervision (PINS) and juvenile delinquency.
